Above are sample posts during my time managing the REVOLT Black News Instagram page. Each morning I'd meet with the RBN News team and pitch stories that targeted to its core audience; striking a balance between amplifying relevant news stories, showcasing compelling video, and capitalizing on trending topics.


My role included managing the content calendar, assigning posts for research and writing, copy editing, creating thumbnails, cutting reels, scheduling posts, and more.

During HLN’s TUMS sponsored series “TUMS Ultimate Tailgate” I managed programming the series; choosing, along with other editorial stakeholders, what video elements would be scheduled to run week-to-week.


During the live video “on-the-ground” portion of the sponsorship, I managed the post-production of quick turn video edits and scheduled the content to run across three shows: Morning Express, On The Story, and Weekend Express.
